The Community Housing Awards, which encourage, recognise and reward excellence in the delivery of social housing has been in existence since 2003 and this year marks the 7th biennial Community Housing Awards.

Without doubt, the standard and quality of submissions was exceptionally high this year demonstrating the sector’s commitment to deliver the highest quality housing.

The ICSH would very much like to thank our panel of judges who gave so willingly of their time over 2 day period to evaluate the projects. It was a difficult task and having a diverse range of perspectives on board added to interesting debate and tough deliberations. Special thanks to our judges:

  • Olliver O’Loughlin – Former Director of Services, Limerick City & County Council
  • James Gleeson, Associate Director, Commercial Underwriting, Allianz Insurance
  • Fionnuala Rogerson, Architect & Urban Designer Fionnuala Rogerson Architects
