Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT): reminder
Voluntary Housing Associations are principal contractors within the scope of RCT. You are obliged to register for and to operate RCT on payments to subcontractors. As principal contractors in receipt of construction services you are also obliged to register for VAT in order to account for VAT on construction services received from subcontractors.
