Estate Management for Social Housing Organisations - February 24th 2011

This seminar was attended by over 30 delegates from housing associations and local authorities. It provided housing practitioners, both volunteers and staff of housing associations and local authorities, with the skills required to implement high standards of repairs and maintenance on their housing units and estates. Issues such as rent arrears and void management were also discussed in the context of how these can contribute to good estate management.
