Housing Law, Anti-Social Behaviour and Evictions - March 24th 2011

This seminar was attended by over 40 delegates from housing associations. It provided essential information on the latest developments in housing law as it relates to social housing providers. As well as an overview of relevant housing legislation, current case law around evictions, Section 62 proceedings, the role of the PRTB, issues around tenancy and licence agreements and the European Convention on Human Rights were examined.
