Human Resources and Housing Associations - January 20th 2011

In July 2010 and January 2011, the ICSH held very successful seminars on Housing Associations and Human Resource Management. These seminars were run in conjunction with Graphite Human Resource Management who are offering a comprehensive range of HR services to ICSH members under a group scheme at an extremely competitive rate of €635 per annum (excluding VAT).

The seminars dealt with the most pressing HR issues faced by housing associations and allowed delegates to have their HR questions answered by experienced professionals.

The 3-hour workshop considered approaches and techniques to keeping your organisation compliant. Keeping your organisation compliant from both a legislative and best practice perspective is one of the most challenging issues for any size organisation – small to large.

The workshop was targeted at employers within the Social Housing sector specifically to
enable them to understand and address employment law and best practice compliance issues within their unique working environment. Both seminars were highly interactive sessions where answers were provided and questions encouraged.
