Housing Finance Agency - Private Finance Briefing Session

The Housing Finance Agency is an established state-owned company since 1982 and provides loan finance to local authorities and voluntary housing bodies for housing and related purposes. The Agency raises its funds on the domestic and international capital markets in structures and at costs that reflect its customers requirements. Examples of loan types funded by the Agency are mortgage annuity house purchase loans, shared ownership rental finance and loans for social housing schemes.

The HFA is now in a position to assess applications for lending directly to Approved Housing Bodies under the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government's Social Housing Leasing initiative. This event is for ICSH Members wishing to make an application to the HFA. The briefing session will provide information on completing the Individual Loan Application Form which must be completed to apply for an AHB loan and the AHB assessment form.
