Tenant's Handbook Competition

The Irish Council for Social Housing recently announced the joint winners of the ICSH tenants handbook competition as HAIL Housing Association in Dublin providing general needs and supported housing and Roscara Housing Association in Roscommon providing housing for people with intellectual disabilities. The competition was sponsored by Bord Gais Energy and the winners each received a €500 energy voucher. The competition allows the ICSH to showcase the very good work and high quality information available in the voluntary housing sector. The handbook provides user friendly information to tenants. It gives information on tenancy conditions, safety in the home and landlord and tenancy responsibilities.
