Governance
The ICSH is committed to promoting good governance across the voluntary housing sector through our field advice service, education and training events, Housing Association Performance Management (HAPM) and more.
We have also produced a range of practical governance guides to assist members in the day-to-day running of their housing schemes. These cover a range of issues from rent setting to allocations, anti social behaviour to board member accountability. These guides, as well as our publication, "Working for Good Governance" are available in our Members Section (log-in at the top right of this page).
As a further assistance to members that wish to carry out a more in-depth review of their organisation, the ICSH is also offering a Governance Consultancy Service.
