Housing Association Performance Management Framework - HAPM
In recent years, HAPM participation has gone from strength to strength.2018 was another record year with 22,518 tenancies from 58 housing associations covered, the highest ever number of tenancies involved.
The HAPM survey is sent to all ICSH members on a quarterly basis to assess key performance indicators on various aspects of housing management - size of housing stock, rents and service charges, rent collected and arrears, allocations, voids, response repairs and maintenance and landlord and tenant relations. The survey is proportional to an organisation’s size with Tier 1 members being asked about rents, voids and repairs – the key performance indicators necessary for compliance with Building for the Future, the voluntary code of regulation for the sector. Tier 2 and Tier 3 members receive a longer survey to fully capture all aspects of their activities as larger hosing associations.
HAPM results covering the entire sector are emailed periodically to ICSH members and stakeholders. If you would like to receive HAPM results from a previous year or quarter, please contact Catherine McGillycuddy on firstname.lastname@example.org or 01 6618334.
