ICSH AGM 2019

We held our AGM 2019 on the Ashling Hotel Dublin on 19th June. Damien English TD,  Minister for Housing and Urban Development launched our Annual Report 2019 and spoke about the ciritical role for  housing associations in delivering on the 50,000 social homes committeed to in Rebuilding Ireland. In particular, he stressed the ned for the ICSH and our member orgqanisaiton communicate to communities, local auhtorities and councillors throught the country that we are making an impact and playing a ciritical role in alleviating the housing crisis.

ICSH Finance & Development Conference 2018

 
The ICSH Finance & Development Conference was held on 25-26 October at the Lyrath Hotel in Kilkenny, with over 250 delegates in attendance. Speakers from Ireland and overseas challenged our current policies and offered solutions to develop our thinking on housing affordability, cost, scale, and innovation and delegates probed the discussion and offered insightful commentary at what proved to be a very successful conference. A Win For Fold Ireland and Regeneration at the ICSH Biennial Community Housing Awards 2017

Fold Ireland’s housing regeneration scheme at Ballygall Road, Glasnevin, Dublin scooped the overall winner award at the Irish Council for Social Housing’s 8th Biennial Community Housing Awards, sponsored by Allianz, in the Limerick Strand Hotel on Wednesday 27th September.  The awards, showcasing housing quality, innovation and partnership are open to housing associations, housing cooperatives and local authorities. 

Tier One seminar - September 29th 2016

The annual ICSH Tier One Seminar, an event specifically aimed at board members and employees of smaller associations, took place on Thursday September 29th in the Ashling Hotel, Dublin 8. This followed on from last year’s successful seminar and featured presentations from expert speakers on topical issues such as financial governance and best practice for smaller charities, asset management and governance in the context of the Voluntary Regulation Code.
