The annual ICSH Tier One Seminar, an event specifically aimed at board members and employees of smaller associations, took place on Thursday September 29th in the Ashling Hotel, Dublin 8. This followed on from last year’s successful seminar and featured presentations from expert speakers on topical issues such as financial governance and best practice for smaller charities, asset management and governance in the context of the Voluntary Regulation Code.

The ICSH will be hosting a half day workshop in November for housing associations that would like to obtain detail on the workings of the CALF financial model – a hands on workshop with a small group (each bringing a laptop) and working through project examples.
Further details will be available soon.
The ICSH would like to extend thanks to all our associations local authority / HSE colleagues, guest speakers and meeting chairpersons who attended and participated at our recently held series of Regional and County Meetings across the country.

The ICSH Housing Finance Conference, backed by AIB, took place in the Newpark Hotel, Castlecomer Road, Kilkenny on 20-21 October 2016.
