HAPM (Housing Association Performance Management) has been developed and managed by the ICSH since 2004 and is an important self-monitoring tool for housing associations to assess their performance and benchmark this within the sector.

Capital Assistance Scheme - Call for Proposals 2016 and LA Closing Dates

What services are covered by this framework?
This is a Framework Agreement for the purchase of full (architect-led), integrated design team services to support housing projects delivered under the ‘Social Housing Strategy 2020 – Support, Supply and Reform’, which was launched by the Government in November 2014.
2015 Capital Assistance Scheme (CAS) Acquisitions
Publication requests local authorities to follow-up with the AHBs as a matter of urgency to ensure all acquisitions funding under the Capital Assistance Scheme (CAS) 2015 are completed as soon as possible and at a minimum the purchase price of the property is drawn down before the end of June 2016.
