ICSH Biennial National Social Housing Conference 2019

Social Housing 2019 - Innovation, Delivery & Sustainability

Since the previous ICSH biennial social housing conference in 2017 in Limerick, there have been significant changes in the delivery of social housing. There have been a range of schemes introduced, which both local authorities and housing associations/approved housing bodies have been engaged in, with some of these schemes yielding more housing solutions than others.

This biennial ICSH conference, Social Housing 2019 – Innovation, Delivery & Sustainability will explore initiatives that have been successful, how they can be replicated and mainstreamed as well as other measures and solutions that are needed to increase delivery and services to tenants. Speakers from Ireland, the EU and the US will also assist in learning that we can use in our own organisations, from the public, non-profit or private sector.

Delegates wishing to attend the conference will benefit from:

  • networking and proactively engaging with a broad range of colleagues and developing business relationships with key partners in the public, non-profi t and private sectors;
  • insightful presentations, case studies and sharing experience through plenary sessions and workshops;
  • understanding topical national and international policy, practice and learning;
  • learning from good practice demonstrated by exhibits from the Community Housing Awards as well as relevant suppliers and services for social housing providers;
  • participating in the debates and discussions at the wide range of sessions; and
  • translating the learning from the Conference to your own organisation.
