ICSH WELCOMES LAUNCH OF SOCIAL HOUSING INITIATIVE AND COMMITMENT TO 26,000 NEW BUILDS
The Irish Council for Social Housing (ICSH) today welcomed the publication of the Housing Action Plan by Minister Simon Coveney and in particular the recommendation for a boost in social housing supply to 47,000 new units by 2021.
The Irish Council for Social Housing (ICSH) today welcomed the publication of the cross party report from the Dáil Committee on Housing and Homelessness and in particular the recommendation for an immediate boost in supply to 10,000 homes per year for the next five years.
What services are covered by this framework?
This is a Framework Agreement for the purchase of full (architect-led), integrated design team services to support housing projects delivered under the ‘Social Housing Strategy 2020 – Support, Supply and Reform’, which was launched by the Government in November 2014.
