Housing Association for Integrated Living (HAIL), are delighted to announce the appointment of Martina Smith as its new Chief Executive Officer. Martina has started her new position with HAIL on Monday 3rd July, 2017.
Announcing the appointment, Chairperson of HAIL, Éanna McHugh said; “We are delighted to welcome Martina to HAIL. The Board looks forward to working with her, to expand and to strengthen HAIL’s position as the provider of choice for housing and support for people with mental health difficulties.”
Martina brings a wealth of experience to HAIL from her previous roles in the Housing Sector both in Ireland and the UK in the areas of housing management, development, strategic and business planning and regulatory and financial management. Martina’s skills and knowledge will complement HAIL and help drive the ongoing commitment to the provision of high quality service delivery. Martina will report to the Board of HAIL, and will have overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the strategic plan and operational plans of HAIL.
