Respond! Housing – Formal opening of John’s College Redevelopment

On Friday 22nd July, the Minister of State for Housing and Urban Renewal, Damien English, T.D. performed the official opening of the John’s College campus in Waterford with a large crowd of distinguished guests in attendance. The Bishop of Waterford and Lismore, Very Reverent Alphonsus Cullinan and Dean Maria Jansson carried out a blessing of the campus. The recently elected Mayor of Waterford City and County, Cllr. Adam Wyse was in attendance and was highly impressed with the redevelopment.



Clúid Housing - Macroom, Co. Cork

This video is the story of Clúid Housing’s latest scheme in Co. Cork. In partnership with Cork County Council, Clúid purchased an apartment complex in Macroom and as a result 29 families moved into their new home in early 2016. The Granary, Sleaveen Road in Macroom is located close to the town centre and comprises of two and three bed units.


Minister Coveney Visits Clúid Housing’s Newest Scheme

The Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, Mr. Simon Coveney, T.D., visited Clúid Housing's newest scheme in Galway city last week. Clúid, in partnership with NAMA and Galway City Council completed what was once an unfinished apartment block; producing 15 brand new high quality, affordable rented apartments.
