Fold Ireland to Develop New Older Persons Housing as Part of the Regeneration of Dolphin Park

Fold Ireland are delighted to announce that we have lodged our planning application for 43 new Older Persons housing units to replace the existing Senior Citizens complex in Dolphin Park, Dublin.   

This design is a result of the design team’s interpretation of the needs and aspirations of the residents and Dublin City Council following a comprehensive consultation process.

Respond! Housing - Minister for Housing and Community Simon Coveney visited John’s College, Waterford

Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government Simon Coveney TD visited John’s College – Respond!’s latest social housing development – in Waterford city. To date, Respond! has built 574 social homes and 4 childcare centres in Waterford city and county alone.

Túath Housing ‘Up On The Roof’ NTMA Chief Visits Social Housing Construction Project

Conor O’Kelly, head of the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) is pictured (4th from left) on the fifth floor of a social housing apartment block under construction in Dun Laoghaire as part of a fact finding mission. Mr O’Kelly commented; ‘We are determined to find ways to unlock some of the advantages of historically low interest rates and financial system liquidity to help organisations like Túath, to achieve their objectives and ambitions’.
