CONTRACT:12 MONTHS FIXED TERM- 37 HRS PER WEEK 

SALARY:  €39,375 (SP38) 

 

North & East Housing Association - Development Manager

North & East Housing Association was established in 1993. The Association will have delivered 350 new homes under our current strategic plan by 2020.  We now have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join our existing senior management team.  The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our development pipeline arising in particular from our new Strategic Plan 2020 – 2024.

Circle Voluntary Housing Association - Tenancy Services Officer

CVHA has been a leading provider of social housing in Ireland since 2006 and now manages and/ or owns approx. 1,700 homes in Dublin and Munster. Currently employing 30+ staff, we have an ambitious growth programme in response to the need for more housing for those who cannot afford to provide their own. Our vision is to make a difference by providing quality housing to those in housing need. CVHA delivers its housing management services in the context of an overarching emphasis on creating tenancies that can be sustained. We deliver our housing management services through two functional teams: one that covers income collection and the other that covers all aspects of tenancy and estate management.

Role Overview:

The Tenancy Service Officer is the first point of contact for all matters relating to tenancy and estate management. The role covers lettings and allocations, management of tenancies, including breach of tenancies, antisocial behaviour and all aspects of estate and neighbourhood management.

The Tenancy Service Officer will work with customers, internal colleagues and external partners in designing and delivering high-quality services that are tailored to meet local needs.

Circle Voluntary Housing Association - Property & Facilities Officer

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Property Services, the Property & Facilities Officer will have responsibility for delivery of facilities management services to members of CVHA Managed Owner Management Companies (OMCs); responsibility for the provision of facilities management services in terms of Circle VHA premises and ensuring OMCs are compliant with Companies Act; MUD and Health & Safety legislation and other relevant regulations and legislation.

This role will sit within the newly formed Property Services team. The Property Services team is responsible for ensuring our customers continue to live in high quality homes through the delivery of comprehensive and effective asset management services. In addition, it leads on the delivery of managing agent services to several Owners Management Companies (OMCs). Whilst our focus may be the “bricks and mortar”, we recognise the need to design our services to meet our current and future customers’ needs, offering choice where possible and ensuring that our tenants and their families always enjoy warm, safe and affordable homes. Customer service will be of the highest calibre with the greatest expectation on the Property and Facilities Officer.
