As Chief Executive you will lead and shape the direction of strategic and operational activity.  We’re looking for an experienced and versatile individual, with the drive to forge change and innovation within the business and the wider housing sector.
We see our Chief Executive being able to demonstrate strong senior experience with an appreciation of the housing challenges in Ireland.  You’ll be educated to degree level, with 8 years experience working in a high-profile leadership position.  You’ll have a good reputation for substantial achievement in housing or a related or similar field.
With significant management skills, you’ll lead and motive staff.  You’ll be skilled in strategy planning and high risk management and have a robust understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.  You’ll have proven experience of managing budgets, strategic change and major projects;
A confident and credible influencer, you’ll have a talent for inspiring those around you to bring about genuine and continuous improvement.
