Team Leader  - Ballygrennan Close, Limerick

To lead a team in supporting families in Supported Temporary Accommodation (STA) to work towards securing long-term accommodation (Job Description Attached)

Terms:  Fixed Term Contract – Monday to Sunday - 40 hours per week

 

Family and Child Support Worker - Ballygrennan Close, Limerick

To develop and implement a range of needs led, outcome-focused support programmes that cater for parents, families and children.

This will include working in collaboration with the service manager in the overall delivery of the wraparound services within the Family Hub.  (Job Description Attached)

Terms:  6 months Fixed Term Contract - 20 hours per week

 

Night Contact Worker  - Ballymun, Dublin 11

To ensure the efficient operation of the service while on duty and to provide support to families living in the service.  (Job Description Attached)

Terms:  Fixed Term Contract – Monday to Sunday - 40 hours per week

 

Homeless Service Manager -  Ballymun, Dublin 11

To lead and manage the homeless service ensuring the efficient operation and provision of support to the families residing at the service. (Job Description Attached)

Terms:  Fixed Term Contract – Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week

 

Weekend Contact Worker -  Ballymun, Dublin 11

To ensure the efficient operation of the service while on duty and to provide support to the families living in the service. (Job Description Attached)

Terms:  Fixed Term Contract – 24 hours – Saturday & Sunday

 

Project Worker – Firhouse Family Hub – Tallaght, Dublin 24

The Project Worker is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the service while on duty, and providing support to the families residing at the Centre. (Job Description Attached)

Terms:  Fixed Term Contract – 35 hours per week -  Monday to Friday 1-8PM

 

Child Development Support –Firhouse Family Hub – Tallaght, Dublin 24

The role of the Child Development Support is to support the development of a range of needs led, programmes that cater for children and young people.
This will include working in collaboration with the Child development coordinator. (Job Description Attached)

Terms:  Fixed Term Contract – 20 hours per week - Flexible Monday to Sunday
