POSITION : NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR – DUBLIN  ( REF NDA/001)
CONTRACT : PERMANENT 37 HOURS PER WEEK
SALARY : €25,367- €28,248 PER ANNUM 
 

JOB SUMMARY

The New Business Administrator will join the Development Team. Your role will be to assist the Development /New Business Team in providing administration support to enable the delivery of new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and developing innovative proposals for the delivery of new housing stock. 
 
The post requires excellent administration and organisational skills, administration skills, a dedication to detail and a willingness to adapt to ever changing conditions and pressures.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 
New Business
 
 Providing general administration support to the New Business Team as required including but not limited to scanning documents, postage, file management, stationary requirements.
  1. Managing the team diaries
  2. Monitoring and re directing group and departmental incoming e-mails from third parties
  3. Organising team and other meetings as requested, booking meetings rooms, organising accommodation and travel arrangements
  4. Collating agendas for meetings, minute taking and circulation of minutes
  5. Assisting the New Business Coordinator with managing funding submissions
  6. Assisting the team in following up with external and internal stakeholders for information as required
  7. Assisting New Business Coordinator in maintaining information and records and preparing reports for relevant stakeholders both internal and external
  8. Assisting New Business Coordinator with the delivery of various in-house projects
  9. Assisting with the maintenance of soft filing system and developing and maintaining the directory of template documents
  10. Maintaining directories of external stakeholder information such as contact details and other required information that supports the delivery of social housing units as required Training
  11. Request / Attend training appropriate to your role

 

General Responsibilities

  1. To positively promote the Association in all activities
  2. Adhere to all Túaths policies and procedures at all times
  3. To be aware and act in accordance with Túath’s Health and Safety Policy.
  4. Complete reports/ submissions for Túath’s Board meetings.
  5. To undertake any training courses deemed necessary for your role if it evolves.
  6. To undertake any other duties as required.
